As the Procurement Analytics, Reporting & Governance Lead, you will play a critical leadership role in enabling data-driven, compliant, and sustainable procurement across Asahi’s global procurement function.

Leading and developing a team of specialists across Insights & Analytics, Reporting & Compliance, and Sustainability, Risk & Innovation, you will translate procurement data into meaningful insights, strengthen governance and reporting frameworks, and ensure transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Acting as the key escalation point for complex analytics, reporting, compliance, and data integrity issues, you will partner closely with global stakeholders to drive performance, support decision-making, and create long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AGPS Specialists across analytics, reporting, compliance, sustainability, and risk-related services.

• Oversee delivery of procurement insights, performance reporting, compliance, and risk & sustainability services, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

• Drive performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights into procurement performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure governance, compliance, and control standards while acting as the escalation point for complex analytics, reporting, and master data issues.

• Partner with stakeholders and lead continuous improvement, automation, and resource planning to enhance efficiency, transparency, and business value.

About you 

• 5+ years in Procurement Operations, Analytics, Reporting, or Governance, preferably in shared services, consulting, or global environments.

• Proven people leader, coaching and developing teams of 5–10 in performance-driven settings.

• Strong experience with procurement systems and data (SAP S/4HANA or ECC, Ariba, ServiceNow), advanced Excel/dashboard reporting, and knowledge of EcoVadis, Sedex, or Envizi (added advantage).

• Solid understanding of data governance, reporting controls, compliance, and procurement performance management, including system integrations.

• Skilled communicator and collaborator, passionate about analytics, insights, sustainability, risk management, and continuous improvement.
