Procurement Team Lead – Automation Enablement & Other Services

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Lead and develop a team delivering Run & Support services and automation initiatives, building capability in standardisation and optimisation.
  • Own day-to-day Run & Support operations, including AMS (L2/L3), functional support, T&E, and finance/tax services, ensuring stable delivery and SLA adherence.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement by tracking SLAs and KPIs and reducing manual work through automation.
  • Act as the main escalation point for critical operational, system, and automation issues, ensuring timely and lasting solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, IT, vendors, and service partners, ensuring clear ownership, compliance, and strong governance.

 

 

About you

 

 

  • Bachelors Degree in a Business or Technology-related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in procurement operations, process optimisation, automation, or digital enablement.
  • Proven people leadership experience (minimum 3+ years) leading or managing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement systems/ERPs and a solid understanding of automation and workflow enablement.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with working knowledge of M365/Copilot and familiarity with Azure cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a structured, improvement-driven mindset and strong ownership of service quality, governance, and risk management.
