Procurement Change Requests Specialist

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Change Request management, including impact analysis, configuration support, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Provide L2/L3 application support for procurement platforms, acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Lead problem management and root-cause analysis, coordinating permanent fixes and preventative actions with IT teams and vendors.
- Partner with business stakeholders, AGPS service lines, IT platform owners, and external vendors to deliver stable run operations and approved system changes.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and service performance, maintaining documentation, meeting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
About you
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on L2/L3 application support experience in enterprise environments, preferably with procurement systems or ERPs (SAP Ariba preferred).
- Proven experience managing Change, Problem, and Release processes, with strong understanding of impact assessment and controlled delivery.
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with global stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and integration partners.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven, with strong ownership of service quality, compliance, and operational stability.
