As an AGPS Specialist, you are part of Asahi’s global procurement backbone. You will ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day procurement operations that support Asahi businesses worldwide. By delivering core procurement service lines, maintaining high-quality master data, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you directly enable operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strong procurement performance across the Group.

 

 

This role offers hands-on exposure to global procurement systems, standardized processes, and international collaboration—building a strong foundation for a long-term career in procurement operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Deliver core procurement service lines (Supplier Enablement, Sourcing & Contract Enablement, Content Management, Requisition-to-Order, and Spot Buy / Low-Value Sourcing) in line with defined processes and service levels.
  • Manage and maintain procurement master data to ensure accurate, compliant transactions and effective buying channels.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Resolve issues and manage compliance risks by identifying root causes, applying governance standards, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Drive performance and improvement by meeting procurement KPIs and contributing to continuous process and system enhancements.

 

 

About you

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; comfortable in a structured, professional environment.
  • Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba) and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and motivated to learn and continuously improve.
