We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our Global Procurement Office (GPO). Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted adviser to the GPO Senior Leadership Team, leading the people agenda across a complex and dynamic environment. Your focus will be on aligning business priorities and translating them into clear, actionable plans across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, performance, and leadership capability.

 

 

 

You will play a key role in building a high-performing, future-ready organisation by strengthening talent pipelines, enabling succession readiness, and embedding data-driven decision-making. You will also drive organisational development and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and sustainable adoption. Working closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Talent Acquisition, you will deliver impactful people solutions that enhance organisational health, engagement, and long-term business performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In August 2023, Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. established Asahi Global Procurement Pte. Ltd. in Singapore to unify and strengthen procurement across the Group. The new subsidiary brings together global, regional, and local functions, consolidating sourcing for raw materials, packaging, and services where a Group-wide approach creates greater value.
