Your Impact
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our Global Procurement Office (GPO). Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted adviser to the GPO Senior Leadership Team, leading the people agenda across a complex and dynamic environment. Your focus will be on aligning business priorities and translating them into clear, actionable plans across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, performance, and leadership capability.
You will play a key role in building a high-performing, future-ready organisation by strengthening talent pipelines, enabling succession readiness, and embedding data-driven decision-making. You will also drive organisational development and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and sustainable adoption. Working closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Talent Acquisition, you will deliver impactful people solutions that enhance organisational health, engagement, and long-term business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the GPO people agenda aligned to HR strategy and business objectives
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent, and culture
- Drive talent and succession planning to build strong pipelines for critical roles
- Oversee workforce planning and cost optimisation, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Deliver leadership and talent development initiatives in collaboration with CoEs
- Monitor engagement, retention, and workforce risks, implementing targeted actions
- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) priorities across the GPO
- Provide people insights and lead organisational development and transformation, supporting change and effective decision-making
About You
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner working across HR capabilities
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success planning and delivering HR projects and change initiatives
- Knowledge and experience working in Singapore labour market
- Experience in international organisations and working across global teams highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
