Your Impact
As the Procurement Team Lead - Analytics, Reporting & Governance, you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Procurement Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the procurement function through the delivery of high-quality analytics, insightful reporting and robust governance frameworks. Leading a team responsible for procurement insights, reporting, compliance, sustainability, risk and innovation enablement, you will help drive operational excellence and deliver greater value across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders across the global organisation, you will transform complex procurement data into actionable insights, strengthen reporting capabilities, enhance governance practices and drive process improvement through standardisation, automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, building capability, engagement and accountability.
- Drive team performance against procurement KPIs, service levels and operational objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of procurement analytics, reporting and governance services, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance.
- Provide meaningful insights and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
- Strengthen data governance, reporting frameworks and controls to improve data integrity and reporting effectiveness.
- Act as the escalation point for complex reporting, analytics and governance issues, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation, automation and digital innovation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the global organisation, providing trusted advice and insights.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk frameworks, audit requirements and internal controls.
- Support sustainability, risk and innovation initiatives through effective governance, reporting and performance monitoring.
About You
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams within procurement operations, analytics, reporting or governance environments.
- Strong people leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and building team capability.
- Extensive experience in procurement analytics, dashboard reporting and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance frameworks, controls, audit requirements and risk management practices.
- Experience working with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba and ServiceNow.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Proven track record driving continuous improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Commercially minded, highly analytical and motivated by delivering tangible business outcomes.
