Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Deliver category insights and analytics by combining internal procurement data with external market intelligence to support sourcing and category initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, spend baselines, and analytical models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high data integrity.
  • Analyse procurement, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support global category teams and complex procurement projects by providing structured analysis, reports, and fact-based materials for decision-making.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL, automation tools) to create scalable, repeatable, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, and analytics processes across the global procurement function.
  • Present insights in a clear and business-relevant format and support users in understanding dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs.

 

 

About you

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, with relevant experience in procurement, analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles.
  • Experience working with Procurement systems, ERP platforms, or data management tools, with strong skills in Excel and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, develop dashboards, and translate data into clear business insights.
  • High attention to detail with a structured approach to work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Experience with automation, SQL, advanced analytics tools, or Agile ways of working is an advantage.
